Neville to Speak at the 2014 BIO International Convention

Partner Katherine L. Neville, Ph.D., will speak at the 2014 BIO International Convention to be held in San Diego, California on June 23–26, 2014. Dr. Neville will speak on a panel titled "Patent Eligibility from the Trenches: Practical Implications of the Supreme Court’s Prometheus and Myriad Decisions,” which will address the business demands that arise from the Supreme Court’s recent interpretations of patent eligibility, and how patent prosecution and litigation practices need to adapt. The session will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25 and is part of the convention’s Intellectual Property track.
The BIO International Convention is "the largest global event for the biotechnology industry," organized by the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), which represents more than 1,100 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations across the United States and in more than 30 other nations.
