Nicholas K. Terrell is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Mr. Terrell focuses his practice on patent prosecution and advising relating to software and process systems. Mr. Terrell has worked on a variety of patent, copyright, and trademark cases. Before joining Marshall Gerstein, he was a corporate attorney, an economist, and a web developer. Mr. Terrell will co-teach the course “Patenting Software Inventions” at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, starting Thursday, May 9, 2019.
