Jennifer Burnette, Partner and Chair of Marshall Gerstein’s Chemical Sciences practice, and Partner Randy Rueth were featured speakers at a Penn State I-CONNECT webinar on October 2.

The session, “Inventorship vs. Authorship vs. Ownership,” was designed to help Penn State's College of Engineering faculty understand the critical distinctions between inventorship, authorship and ownership in academic and industry research contexts. Jennifer and Randy were joined by Bin Yan, associate Vice President for Research and Director of the Office of Technology Transfer at Penn State.
