Sintich to Participate in Panel Discussion on the Supreme Court’s Myriad Decision

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP partner Sharon M. Sintich, Ph.D. will participate in a panel discussion on the implications of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Assoc. Molecular Pathology et al. v. Myriad Genetics, Inc. The presentation, entitled “Human Genes ≠ Patentable, Where Do We Go From Here?” will be held in Northwestern University’s Baldwin Auditorium on Monday, August 19th from 6-7p.m. Other panelists include intellectual property specialists George Desh, J.D. of Kirkland & Ellis and Michael Moore, Ph.D. of Northwestern University’s NU Innovation and New Venture Office (INVO).
