Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution to Resolve Intellectual Property and Licensing Disputes

Donald W. Rupert, Partner at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun will present on the “Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution to Resolve Intellectual Property and Licensing Disputes,” along with Mr. Robert Matlin, Vice President of the American Arbitration Association. This program will include tips on how to draft an effective ADR clause as well as best practices when arbitrating an IP Dispute.
