On May 5, 2022, Law360 published an article discussing the Diversity Lab announcement of its first Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification. Marshall Gerstein participated in the 18-month program and is included in the cohort of 26 certified firms that have 25 to 150 attorneys and have met benchmarks set forth by Diversity Lab. Additionally, Marshall Gerstein was one of just 16 firms to achieve Certified Plus status.
