Marshall Gerstein’s Chief Talent and Diversity Officer, Christine E. Hollis, authored a call to action published by District Administration, encouraging K-12 educators to make STEM visible and relatable and to help students engage with careers that intersect with innovation and strategy.

“K12 educators are the first architects of that curiosity,” Christine writes. “By seeing potential early, reinforcing confidence, and making STEM visible in many forms, they help students imagine futures they may not yet have language for.”
