“Mock Mediation of IP Licensing Dispute”

Pamela Cox joined John Ritter, Director, Office of Technology Licensing, Princeton University; Linda Kawano, Founder, GroupOptima; James R. Sobieraj, Shareholder, Brinks Gilson & Lione; and Charles C. Valauskas, Legal Counsel, Valauskas Corder LLC, to conduct a mock mediation under WIPO Mediation Rules during the 2021 LESI Annual Conference held virtually.
