“Preserving Patent Term Adjustment – There’s No Time to Waste!”
Friday, September 27, 2019
1:15 – 2:45pm ET
The PTA is provided to compensate patent owners for USPTO delays during prosecution of patent applications by adding to the term of the affected patent. However, PTA can be lost due to delays attributed to the applicant. Jeremy will share his insights on PTA’s at the only IP-focused forum for administrators working in a legal practice setting.
Marshall Gerstein’s Chief Financial Officer Barbara Javorcic, CPA, CLM, board member of the Greater Chicago Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, will be in attendance.
