This CLE-eligible seminar provides information on current trends in intellectual property law and suggestions on how to deal with the changing landscape of IP law. The day begins with a general session that includes the Hon. James Holderman, Chief Judge of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, representatives of the US Patent and Trademark Office, and the Illinois ARDC. In addition, industry representatives and practicing attorneys will present concurrent breakout sessions covering patent litigation and copyrights/trademarks.
