Hartzell Named as Chair of Medical Devices Industry Group
Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to announce that Julianne M. Hartzell has accepted a new role as Chair of the Firm's Medical Devices Industry Group.

Ms. Hartzell has been with the firm for 13 years and has significant experience in intellectual property litigation, including cases involving patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets. Some of her most recent accolades include being named among the Law Bulletin's “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty To Watch” and being selected as an Illinois “Rising Star" for the fourth year in a row.
