Jeremy D. Protas Sworn Into the Supreme Court Bar with Fellow LGBT Lawyers

Associate Jeremy D. Protas was among approximately 30 National LGBT Bar Association members sworn into the Supreme Court bar in a courtroom ceremony on January 22, 2013 in Washington, D.C. While openly lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender attorneys already practice before the Supreme Court, this was the first time lawyers were identified as LGBT Bar members at the mass swearing-in that takes place most days the court is in session.
