John R. Labbé Named 2019 ‘Intellectual Property Trailblazer’ by The National Law Journal

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to announce that litigation Partner John R. Labbé has been named an ‘Intellectual Property Trailblazer’ for 2019 by The National Law Journal. Mr. Labbé is a first-chair trial attorney, and won a $70 million jury verdict for Amgen Inc. in Amgen v. Hospira, the first jury trial involving a biosimilar and the only biosimilar case to date with a damages award.
