Lynn Janulis Named To WIPR Diversity’s Top 100 for 2024

April 30, 2024

We are pleased to announce the recognition of our partner Lynn Janulis as one of World Intellectual Property Review’s (WIPR) 2024 Top 100 leaders who are driving positive change in the IP community. Lynn is included on an impressive list of “Influential Women” in the industry.

As chair of Marshall Gerstein’s DEI committee, Lynn’s leadership helped the firm earn Mansfield Certification Plus in the first class of midsize firms for the third year in a row. Other initiatives she has led include creating a diversity fellowship for summer associates and coordinating the funding of diversity groups to make a bigger and better impact. Her influence contributed to Marshall Gerstein’s involvement in the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD), from which we have experienced a positive impact on recruiting, professional development, and client relationships.

Outside of our firm, Lynn was a founding member of Women In Bio–Chicago. She is also passionate about pro bono work. She has done tremendous work with Cabrini Green Legal Aid (CGLA), an organization serving the legal needs arising from the criminalization of poverty and racial inequity experienced within the Cabrini Green community. Through her work with CGLA, Lynn helps people with very limited means move forward and accomplish their dreams.

These are just a few examples of Lynn’s leadership in the IP community and why we’re thankful to World Intellectual Property Review for recognizing her. You can access the complete list of honorees here.
