Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Jonathan Hughley has been named as chair of the firm’s Industrial & Mechanical Technologies Practice Group, which evaluates invention ownership, conducts due diligence, investigates patentability, prepares, files, and prosecutes patents, and investigates infringements for innovators across technologies, from manufacturing and energy exploration to medical devices and consumer goods.
