Marshall, Gerstein & Borun Provides Pro Bono Assistance to Film Maker Helping to Premiere Movie in Chicago
On a regular basis, Partner Gregory J. Chinlund provides pro bono legal assistance to individuals with a variety of artistic talents through the relationship he and Marshall, Gerstein & Borun have made with the Lawyers for the Creative Arts (LCA) organization.
It was through LCA that Mr. Chinlund connected with Jennifer Burns, producer/director of the Chicago-based movie “Vincent: A Life In Color,” set to premiere in Chicago on May 7, 2010.
Throughout production and post-production, he and other Marshall, Gerstein & Borun attorneys worked with Ms. Burns on contractual matters and a range of intellectual property issues that Ms. Burns encountered.
“Vincent: A Life In Color,” is the story following the mystery of Vincent, a man clad in brightly colored suits who parades Chicago’s bridges, performing fashion shows for passing tour boats.
