Marshall Gerstein is pleased to announce that Partner Kate Nuehring Su has been selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) Fellows Program, and Associate Isaku Begert has been selected for the Pathfinder Program.

LCLD’s Fellows Program is designed to identify high-potential, mid-career attorneys and provide them with leadership training, professional development opportunities, and meaningful connections with leaders across the legal profession. Participants are selected based on demonstrated leadership, impact within their organizations and communities, and a strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Pathfinder Program supports promising, early-career attorneys by equipping them with foundational leadership skills, career development strategies, and opportunities to build professional networks. Through the program, participants gain practical tools and insights to help shape their long-term growth in the legal profession.

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity is one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity in the legal profession, made up of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners committed to fostering a more inclusive industry. Marshall Gerstein has been actively engaged with LCLD since 2021 as part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession and the broader community.
