Marshall Gerstein is pleased to announce that Partner and Chair of IP Transactions Pamela Cox has been recognized in the 2027 IAM Global Leaders list for Illinois.

IAM Global Leaders highlights select private-practice patent professionals from around the world. To qualify for inclusion, practitioners must first achieve a gold-tier ranking in the IAM Patent 1000, IAM’s annual directory of patent practitioners and firms across major patent jurisdictions. From among those gold-tier practitioners, IAM considers candidates’ experience creating, protecting, managing, transacting and enforcing patent rights, as well as their ability to innovate and deliver value for clients.

In its commentary, IAM highlighted Pam’s leadership of the firm’s transactional practice, writing that, “Complementing the firm’s prosecution and disputes capabilities is a strong transactional practice. Pamela Cox, chair of the firm’s IP transactions group, structures sophisticated licensing and commercialisation agreements tied to valuable patent portfolios.”

We are proud to see Pam’s longstanding leadership in the field of IP transactions recognized by IAM. View the full list of Global Leaders here.
