Partner Jonathan Hughley Named to Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s 40 Under Forty

Marshall Gerstein is excited to announce that Partner Jonathan Hughley has been recognized in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s 40 Under Forty as one of the top young attorneys in the state of Illinois. Jonathan was selected from a group of more than 1,500 nominations for this year’s list.

According to the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, the lawyers named to the list exhibit intelligence, passion, success in the office, a desire to help community, and a willingness to work hard. Jonathan’s clients believe he reflects those qualities as well, stating that, “Jonathan’s contributions to our team extend to helping us build other efficiencies. We don’t hesitate to call on him to encourage innovation within our team.”

Jonathan is the Chair of Marshall Gerstein’s Industrial & Mechanical Technologies practice. He counsels clients on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications involving mechanical, electromechanical, and software technologies. In addition to his client-focused work, Jonathan serves on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Finance Committee, and Recruiting Committee, and is a former member of the firm’s peer-elected Associates Committee.
