Partner Pamela L. Cox Publishes “How Does Your Licence Agreement Address Timely Issues?”

MGB Partner, Pamela L. Cox, recently published an editorial in the Commercializing University IP edition of Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine, March/April 2009. Ms. Cox's article entitled, “How does your license agreement address timely issues?”, will be distributed at the 2009 AUTM conference where she will be a presenter. “Licensing deals are negotiated and licensing agreements written in real time.
