Patent practitioners must wear many hats—researcher, scientist, counselor, strategist, manager, student, teacher, writer, editor, IT professional, problem-solver, just to name a few.  In this introduction to patent law seminar, “IP Basics for New Attorneys and Non-IP Attorneys,” Mr. Kriegel provided new professionals with an overview of US and foreign patent prosecution strategies and resources that may be useful and offer tips to help patent agents or attorneys starting their career.
