Jonathan Hughley Selected as Pathway to Partnership 2020 Fellow by The Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is proud to announce that Partner Jonathan Hughley has been selected as a member of the Chicago Committee’s inaugural Pathway to Partnership Fellowship Program. As stated by the Chicago Committee, Jonathan was selected “because of his extraordinary talent, top-notch skills, demonstrated leadership, and commitment to diversity in the legal profession.”

The Chicago Committee’s Pathway to Partnership is a business development program designed to develop client relationships for diverse attorneys and to increase the number of diverse partners at large law firms in Chicago.

Jonathan, a former Associate Board Member of the Chicago Committee, previously served as the Chair of the Nominations Committee of the Partner Roundtable Committee. In addition to his client-focused work, he serves on Marshall Gerstein’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Recruiting Committee, and is a former member of the firm’s peer-elected Associates Committee.

The Chicago Committee seeks racial and ethnic diversity in the legal profession by collaborating with its law firm and corporate membership to: drive sustainable institutional change at law firms and corporate legal departments; provide professional development; and cultivate the community of minority lawyers through programming and leadership opportunities.
