Partners Tiffany Gehrke, Jonathan Hughley, and Shannon Hughes Mastick are attending Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Client Forum on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The Forum is designed to provide newly promoted underrepresented partners with the opportunity to meet and learn from influential in-house counsel from Fortune 1000 companies.

Tiffany chairs the Trademarks & Copyrights practice group, and is a member of Marshall Gerstein’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She routinely serves as a formal and informal mentor to younger associates in the firm and in the legal community.

In 2022, Jonathan was selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellowship Program. The LCLD Fellowship Program provides diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities, and networking access. In addition to this honor, Jonathan serves as an Associate Board Member for The Chicago Committee for Advancing Minorities in Large Law Firms, and was selected to the Committee’s inaugural Pathway to Partnership Fellowship program which aims to develop client relationships for diverse attorneys.

Also in 2022, Shannon was selected to participate in the LCLD Pathfinder Program. The LCLD Pathfinder Program focuses on foundational leadership skills and strategies for continuous career development. Furthering her involvement with LCLD, she was selected to participate in the 2023 Fellowship Program. The LCLD Fellowship Program provides diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities, and networking access.

Marshall Gerstein first became Mansfield Rule Certified Plus in 2022, and again in 2023.
