Chicago-based intellectual property law firm, Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP, is hosting the University of Michigan Club of Greater Chicago - UMCGC “Wolverines in the Workplace: Investment Banking/Private Equity” event on October 21, 2010, 6-8:00 p.m.

Michael Muczynski, a partner at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, is an alumnus and member of the University of Michigan Club of Greater Chicago. Mr. Muczynski advises clients on all issues relating to patent strategy and portfolio management, with particular emphasis in patent prosecution and opinions in pharmaceutical and other chemical fields.

The event will focus on banking and finance, specifically looking into the anatomy of M&A work and the challenges facing these transactions as the market starts to rebound.
