Biography
Daniel is an Associate within Marshall Gerstein's Electrical & Computer Technologies Group. He assists in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting examiner interviews.
Daniel serves as a member of the firm’s peer-elected Associates Committee.

Background and Credentials
Daniel earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in school, he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, a member of the Black Law Students Association, and a member of the First Generation Law Students Association.
Daniel previously served as a Summer Associate at Marshall Gerstein through the 1L Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Scholars Program. Prior to his time as a Summer Associate he was an Extern to the Honorable Christopher P. Yates in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the Kent County Circuit Court.
