Biography
Daniel is a Technical Specialist within Marshall Gerstein's Electrical & Computer Technologies Group. He assists in drafting provisional, non-provisional, continuation, and divisional patent applications, conducts interviews with patent examiners, and performs patent searches.
Outside of his technical and analytical approach to client work, Daniel enjoys reading and playing sports such as soccer, basketball, and football.

Background and Credentials
Daniel studied computer engineering, statistics, and computational science as an undergraduate at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. He is well versed in the programming languages Python, R, and C++. Prior to joining Marshall Gerstein, Daniel served as a Patent Engineer for an international law firm where he developed inventive concepts to enhance patentability, responded to foreign office actions, and drafted legal claims.
Daniel is fluent in both English and Korean.
