Biography
Daniela is an Associate in Marshall Gerstein’s IP Litigation practice. She primarily handles litigation matters related to life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
Background and Credentials
Daniela obtained her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2025. While in law school, Daniela was an Associate Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, an Honors Scholar, and a member of the university’s Intellectual Property Law Society, Women in Law Society, and Hispanic Latinx Law Student Association. She also participated as a student volunteer at Kent’s Patent Hub, which offers pro bono legal services to under-resourced inventors in Illinois.
Daniela also holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. As an undergraduate, she gained valuable experience in Case Western’s Cullis Lab working on projects related to gene sequencing, DNA extraction and characterization, and bioinformatic analysis.
