Biography

Deborah S. Pocius is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience in complex litigation. She specializes in case management, trial preparation, and optimizing workflow efficiency. Having participated in numerous trials and developed deep proficiency in e-discovery management, Deborah consistently delivers high-quality service to clients. Additionally, she is highly skilled in legal research and utilizes cutting-edge legal technology to enhance casework while providing streamlined training and development.

Background and Credentials

Prior to joining Marshall Gerstein, Deborah sharpened her expertise as a paralegal at law firms focused on intellectual property and commercial litigation.  She began her legal career as a paralegal at the Grant County Prosecutor's Office while completing her undergraduate studies at Indiana Wesleyan University.  Deborah holds a paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University and has earned multiple certifications, including the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists Certificate and Certified Relativity User status.
