Biography

Deborah S. Pocius brings more than a decade of complex litigation experience. She routinely assists with case management, depositions, and trial preparations. Deborah has participated in numerous trials and is well-versed in e-discovery management. She is also highly skilled in legal research, the discovery process, and legal technology. She has extensive knowledge in the industry.

In her spare time, Deborah enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Background and Credentials

Prior to joining Marshall Gerstein, Deborah was a paralegal at law firms that focused on intellectual property as well as commercial litigation. As an undergraduate at Indiana Wesleyan University she served in the Grant County Prosecutor's Office as a paralegal. After obtaining her paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University she received her Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists Certificate and is a Certified Relativity User.
