Marshall Gerstein is proud to co-sponsor the Equality Illinois 2025 Gala on February 8, 2025 at the Hilton Chicago. The Gala is one of the largest LGBTQ equality gatherings in the United States, gathering public officials, business leaders, community champions, LGBTQ stakeholders, and allies to celebrate the power and energy of the LGBTQ community in Illinois and commit to moving forward together.

Managing Partner Jeff Sharp, Partner David Gass, Associates Joseph Sakevich and Alden Voelker, and Patent Agent Carolyn Clark attended the gala this year.

Equality Illinois was founded in 1991 with the goal to create a world that is healthy, just, and fully equal for all LGBTQ+ people. Throughout the last 30+ years, the organization has advanced pro-LGBTQ+ policies in Illinois, worked to get LGBTQ+ leaders in positions of influence throughout the state, and driven civic engagement among the community.
