The number of medical and life science technologies that are developed or implemented with artificial intelligence are on the rise. These AI-based technologies are associated with a myriad of issues that distinguish them from their more traditional counterparts. The session will highlight differences in technology protection, licensing, and regulatory approval; discuss data and privacy concerns; and provide best practices for managing these technologies. Ryan will be joined by Tolga Gulmen, Meghan O’Connor and Jon Stone from Quarles & Brady.
