Partners Michelle Bolos and Kate Nuehring Su are attending Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Client Forum on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. The Forum is designed to provide newly promoted underrepresented partners with the opportunity to meet and learn from influential in-house counsel from Fortune 1000 companies.

Michelle helps her clients with all of the most critical aspects of protecting and maximizing the value of their trademarks and copyrights. In 2023, Michelle was selected to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program, which focuses on practical insights and resources to help members build their professional networks, as well as foundational leadership skills and strategies for continuous career development. She also previously served on the Board for The Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law Chicago Chapter, a non-profit membership association that aims to serve the professional development and networking needs of women attorneys.

Kate focuses on domestic and international patent prosecution, and clients rely on her extensive experience to help them develop and manage patent portfolios. Kate is a current participant in WOMN LLC’s mentoring and business development program, which provides high performing women in law with tools and connections to understand the in-house client mindset, hone their business generation skills, and gain confidence as leaders within their law firms. Additionally, in 2021, Kate was recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal as a Women Worth Watching in STEM.

Marshall Gerstein first became Mansfield Rule Certified Plus in 2022, and again in 2023.
