Partners Josh Elliott and Randy Rueth, and Special Counsel Julie Watson will present a session to the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (RTAC-ACC) on May 22, 2025.

The session, titled “Current Trends in Intellectual Property and Patent Law,” will cover the latest developments in patent law, intellectual property law, and licensing, including practical lessons learned, mistakes to avoid, and best in-house practices.
