Marshall Gerstein is pleased to host the second session of the Richard Linn American Inn of Court's 2026-2027 program at its Chicago office on October 15, 2026.

Following opening remarks from Partner Ryan Schermerhorn, current President of the Linn Inn, Pupilage Group 2, led by Professor David Schwartz and Partner Ryan Phelan, will present AI Considerations: Utilities, Pitfalls, and Ethics. The discussion will examine the evolving impact of artificial intelligence, including its use as a professional tool, issues related to AI inventorship, and the ethical challenges arising from its continued development and adoption.
