Biography
Gabrielle joined Marshall Gerstein in 2023 counseling clients within the areas of electrical and computer technologies. She is experienced in intellectual property and technology matters where she focuses on freedom to operate analysis, intellectual property landscapes, and patent applications.
Background and Credentials
Gabrielle obtained her J.D., cum laude, with a concentration in intellectual property law from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. She obtained her B.S. in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University where she was a member of the Electrical Vehicle Engineering Club and was a Student Mentor in the Women in Software and Hardware Club.
Prior to her legal career, Gabrielle was a member of AT&T's Senior Specialist Technical Development Program. During law school she was a Student Associate for the Patent Module of Startup Legal Garage. She was also a Law Fellow through California Lawyers for the Arts.
