Biography
Henry is a Patent Agent within Marshall Gerstein’s Industrial & Mechanical Technologies Practice Group. Henry primarily assists with various patent preparation and prosecution projects, including performing patentability and clearance searches, drafting utility and design patent applications, and preparing office action responses.

Prior to attending law school, Henry achieved his M.S. and B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
