Marshall Gerstein Welcomes 2022 Summer Associates

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP welcomed five law students in May to its 2022 summer associate program. Associates will work closely with Marshall Gerstein attorneys to gain practical insight into all aspects of intellectual property (IP) law.

The firm is proud to welcome the following cohort:

Daniel Henry is a rising 2L at Loyola University Chicago focusing on electrical prosecution. He received his undergraduate degree in computer science from Kalamazoo College.

Whitney Jenkins, a rising 3L at Vanderbilt University concentrating on chemical litigation, received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Howard University.

Niko Moses is pursuing her law degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law where she is a rising 3L focusing on biotech prosecution. She holds a PhD in cancer biology from Wayne State University and received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University.

Joe Previti is a rising 2L at Northwestern University concentrating on electrical litigation. He majored in electrical and computer engineering at Baylor University.

Rudy Tummala, a rising 2L at the University of North Carolina focusing on electrical prosecution, received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from George Mason University.

Marshall Gerstein’s summer associate program provides an exciting introduction into inventor and client interaction. The program is structured to give students realistic, substantive legal assignments tackling issues across intellectual property disciplines, including litigation, prosecution, and transactional. In addition to assisting Marshall Gerstein attorneys with their responsibilities in various practice areas, summer associates enjoy many social events that take advantage of the culture and richness of Chicago and build camaraderie with the firm’s legal professionals.
