Marshall Gerstein Partners Tiffany D. Gehrke and Pamela L. Cox Elected to Leadership Roles with Prominent Area Organizations
Recognized for their commitments to community service and leadership, Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP Partners Tiffany D. Gehrke and Pamela L. Cox have been recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI) and the University Club of Chicago, respectively.
Both Gehrke and Cox’s roles with their respective organizations are illustrative of Marshall Gerstein’s commitment to leadership within the community. Gehrke previously served on WBAI’s Membership and Annual Dinner Committees and was selected to participate as a member of the organization’s inaugural Women’s Leadership Institute. For the University Club of Chicago, Cox previously served on its Finance Committee and will continue her leadership as a member of the Board of Directors.
“Tiffany and Pam demonstrate the dedication to community we hope to foster in every one of our professionals,” said Jeffrey S. Sharp, managing partner for Marshall Gerstein. “We congratulate them on these well-deserved appointments, and look forward to watching their continued success, both within and outside of the firm.”
The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, established in 1914, was founded to promote the interests and welfare of women lawyers and also to aid in the enactment of legislation for the common good and in the administration of justice. First established by nine women lawyers, it is now one of the oldest and largest bar associations in the state of Illinois.
Established in 1887, the University Club of Chicago’s mission is to foster an appreciation of literature and the arts and to provide a space where members can explore many intellectual and cultural pursuits. Cox also serves on two other Boards, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Certified Licensing Professionals, and as Vice President of the Licensing Executive Society International.
