Isha joined Marshall Gerstein in 2023 serving as an Associate within the Biotechnology & Life Sciences Practice Group. As a litigator, Isha is experienced within the areas of inter partes review, post-grant review, and ex parte appeal cases.
Background and Credentials
Isha received a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of South Carolina Honors College. While obtaining her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, Isha was involved in the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. She also served as a Student Attorney for the GW Law Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic. Following law school, Isha served as a Law Clerk within the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She was assigned to cases within the areas of chemical, pharmaceutical, electrical technologies, and mechanical technologies.
