Marshall Gerstein Achieves 100 Percent Lawyer Participation in Chicago Bar Foundation’s 2019 Investing in Justice Campaign
Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to announce that each and every one of the firm’s lawyers has donated to the Chicago Bar Foundation’s 13th Annual Investing in Justice Campaign. This is the second year in a row that the firm has reached this goal, and Marshall Gerstein was one of just 19 firms to achieve 100% participation of the more than 150 firms that participated in the Campaign. Above and beyond that achievement, more than 85% of the Firm’s staff also contributed to the Investing in Justice Campaign. Through the support of Marshall Gerstein and more than 150 other Chicago-area law firms, corporate legal departments, companies, and law-related organizations, the Campaign allows for critical legal assistance to tens of thousands of people in need. Individual contributions to the Campaign directly support the work of pro bono and legal aid organizations and related initiatives.
Marshall Gerstein has been a proud supporter of the Chicago Bar Foundation’s Annual Investing in Justice Campaign since 2015. To date, the Campaign has raised more than $16 million. “We are proud to support the Chicago Bar Foundation’s Investing in Justice Campaign” said Paul B. Stephens, the Chair of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee. “This Firm always impresses me with their commitment to Pro Bono – both with their time and money.”
The Chicago Bar Foundation’s mission is to unite the legal community together to improve access to justice for people in need and make the legal system more fair and efficient for everyone.
