Joy is Marshall Gerstein's Director of Human Resources and is a member of the firm’s administrative leadership team. Joy has more than 25 years of experience leading, influencing, managing, and executing HR strategy across core disciplines with expertise in employee relations, performance management,
workforce planning, and compliance.

Background and Credentials
Joy has a versatile background with extensive experience across a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Marshall Gerstein, she worked as an HR professional for private equity firms, start-ups, and some of the biggest law firms in the world. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Arts Management from the University of Oklahoma.
