Biography
Kyle S. King focuses on enforcement of client’s intellectual property rights. In particular, he investigates infringing uses of trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. His technical skills make him comfortable investigating third party infringers within the digital space and allow him to develop strategies for collecting evidence and documenting abuses of clients’ intellectual property. He is adept at finding technological solutions to problems encountered during investigation and enforcement actions. He has substantial experience in Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy cases and enforcing copyrights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Kyle has also assisted with cases in federal court, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the National Arbitration Forum.
Background and Credentials
Kyle received his Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate, with Honors from Roosevelt University’s ABA-Approved Paralegal Studies Program. He studied political science as an undergraduate and earned a B.A. from Carthage College.
