Biography
Mike joined Marshall Gerstein in 2015 as our Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in mid-size and large law firms and is a leader in the law firm community, organizing regular roundtables of Chicago law firm COO’s and Executive Directors, speaking at conferences, and serving as President of the Chicago Chapter of the ALA.

Background and Credentials
Prior to joining the Marshall Gerstein, Mike was the Chief Operating Officer at a mid-size Chicago law firm and held leadership positions at several AmLaw 100 law firms.
He earned his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Before that, Mike pursued graduate studies in finance and international relations at the University of Chicago and earned his B.A. at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
