Four Marshall Gerstein Partners Named to Second Edition of Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America List

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is pleased to announce that Benjamin Horton, Heather Kissling, Sandip Patel, and Paul Stephens are recognized in the second edition of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America list.

Ben, Heather, Sandip, and Paul are included in the inaugural list and the second edition for their excellence in representing corporations and organizations in intellectual property and patent claims.

Ben serves as Chair of Marshall Gerstein's IP Litigation group and has led more than 80 intellectual property cases in federal courts across the country.

Heather serves as Chair of Marshall Gerstein's Prosecution Practice and she uses her experience in all phases of prosecution work to help biotechnology clients strategically develop and maintain patent portfolios to achieve business goals.

Sandip serves on the Executive Committee of Marshall Gerstein and he advises specialty chemical companies, universities, start-ups, and a variety of large, multinational corporations focused on biotechnology, chemicals, or consumer products.
