Tom Duston Authors Chapter in PLI’s Patent Law Institute Course Handbook

IP Litigation partner Thomas L. Duston authored a chapter titled “The Special Issues Arising from Disputes with NPEs” in Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s 10th Annual Patent Law Institute Course Handbook. The course handbook addresses patent law subject matter authored by attorneys and related professionals, and serves as an educational supplement for various PLI programs.
