The Annual AIPPI World Congress is a global gathering that brings together IP experts, practitioners, and professionals from across the world. With typically over 2,000 attendees from various corners of the globe, the AIPPI World Congress serves as a critical forum for intellectual property experts to exchange knowledge and explore emerging issues within the field.
Tom Duston is a hands-on trial lawyer who focuses on patent litigation for some of the world's most sophisticated companies. With thirty years' experience, Tom has been lead counsel in more than 60 patent infringement matters in U.S. Federal courts.
