Gerstein Recognized Among World’s Top Intellectual Property Strategists

Robert M. Gerstein has been selected in 2010 by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine as a “World’s Top Intellectual Property Strategists.” Mr. Gerstein is on the IAM Strategy 250 list for the second year in a row.

Robert Gerstein has been with Marshall Gerstein since 1988. His intellectual property practice focuses on patent and trademark licensing transactions, along with copyright, unfair competition and contract litigation. Mr. Gerstein is also experienced in patent and trademark prosecution and is a member of the Firm's executive committee.

The IAM Strategy 250 - The World's Leading IP Strategists identifies individuals who offer world-class services related to the development and implementation of strategies that enable intellectual property owners to maximize the value of their patent and trademark assets.
