Marshall Gerstein partner Shannon Hughes Mastick will attend the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2023 Membership Meeting from October 12-13, 2023, in Washington, DC. The annual LCLD Membership Meeting, now in its 14th year, is a premier gathering for legal professionals dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal field. It brings together leaders from law firms, corporate legal departments, and public sector organizations to collaborate on strategies that promote diversity and drive meaningful change.
In 2022, Shannon was selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program. The LCLD Pathfinder Program focuses on foundational leadership skills and strategies for continuous career development. Furthering her involvement with LCLD, she was selected to participate in the 2023 Fellowship Program. The LCLD Fellowship Program provides diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities, and networking access.
Marshall Gerstein first became involved with LCLD in 2021 as part of its high priority effort to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the legal industry and Chicago community. The firm, along with several of its clients, has participated in numerous LCLD activities.
