Biography
Theresa focuses her practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications within the areas of wireless technologies, cryptography, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and memory devices. Theresa first became interested in patent law when she was an engineer within electrical and software development. In her roles she interacted with in-house patent attorneys and was drawn to better understanding how to protect innovation.
When she is not counseling clients Theresa immensely enjoys golfing. Theresa is also a ham radio operator with callsign NS9C.

Background and Credentials
Theresa obtained her J.D. from the University of Minnesota and she obtained her B.S. in electrical engineering from Norwich University. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Theresa was an electrical engineer for John Deere and Case New Holland, where she designed and developed machines, software, and firmware, and for printing device manufacturers, where she developed smart card technologies and related firmware/software.
