Thomas L. Duston Named Among “Top 100” Lawyers by 2015 Illinois Super Lawyers

Duston was named among the 2015 “Top 100” lawyers by Illinois Super Lawyers, a ranking of attorneys who have distinguished themselves within the legal practice through a third-party validation of professional accomplishments. Mr. Duston was specifically recognized among lawyers who received the highest point totals in the Illinois nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.
With the ability to handle litigation across a wide spectrum of industries, Mr. Duston has been lead counsel in more than 40 patent infringement matters in federal courts throughout the United States.
