The Annual Reception will celebrate the installation of incoming WBAI President, Kathryn Conway, Partner, Power Rogers LLP and the 2020-2021 Officers and Board of Directors. Marshall Gerstein Partner Tiffany Gehrke is currently serving her second year on the Board of Directors, and Associate Michelle Bolos co-chairs the Intellectual Property Committee.

The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois established in 1914, was founded to promote the interests and welfare of women lawyers and also to aid in the enactment of legislation for the common good and in the administration of justice. First established by nine women lawyers, it is now one of the oldest and largest bar associations in the state of Illinois.
Tiffany Gehrke secures and protects intellectual property rights for a broad range of clients. Tiffany has extensive experience representing retailers, manufacturers, publishers, consulting companies, and organizations across a wide variety of industries. She previously served on WBAI’s Membership and Annual Dinner Committees and was selected to participate as a member of the organization’s inaugural Women’s Leadership Institute. She is currently serving her second year on the Board of Directors.
Tiffany describes the WBAI as a remarkable organization that brings together women attorneys and their allies to work towards our common goal of making our profession better and stronger by connecting and empowering women.
Michelle Bolos focuses her practice on trademarks and copyrights. She helps clients protect the value of their brand by providing practical advice and formulating and executing global brand enforcement strategies. Michelle’s experience includes all aspects of prosecuting and enforcing trademarks and copyrights, including, prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, negotiating trademark coexistence and license agreements, and handling opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Michelle currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee.
